The agreement must first be signed by the intern (you), the receiving company (place of your internship), and then by the sending institution (university). If you keep in mind that creating documentation and collecting signatures can take time and nerves, it is advisable to start as soon as possible. The apprenticeship agreement should include all the learning gains that the student must obtain during the exchange. With regard to student mobility for internships, the apprenticeship agreement should define how the internship is recognised, depending on whether it is counted in the student`s diploma, on a voluntary basis (not compulsory for the diploma) or by a recent graduate. See the guidelines below. The first part of the TA (“before mobility”) must be completed and signed before your internship. This is all the information up to the “during mobility” paragraph. The `during mobility` part must show all your changes in the internship period which you inform your host organisation and the sending institution. You fill them z.B. if your tasks change. The `after mobility` part must be completed at the end of your mobility. Basically, the same as in previous parts, but the only difference is the assessment of your progress by your superior.
This part is like an acceptance that you have done your internship successfully. You should fill this part with your university. It contains all the information you need at your university: `How much ECTS you collect` -What document to give for reports ` Insurance Of course, you can make a contract between the 3 parties yourself or fulfill the model that your university or institution send has done. Complete this part with your internship and define all the conditions through your relationships at all stages of the internship. Training time and working time – Agreed tasks and detailed internship program – Learning results (such as skills and skills you have after your mobility) – Training time and working time – Goals and recognition – Follow-up and evaluation plan Two difficult, simple concepts. In short: curricular- You get some ECTS points for your university; Extra-curricular – A voluntary, not necessary, route related to your training. Your internship supervisor fills this part – Do you receive financial assistance? Insurance The apprenticeship agreement defines the program of study or internships to be carried out abroad and must be approved by the student, the sending institution and the institution, the organization or the company before the start of the exchange. For the mobility of students for studies, the apprenticeship agreement should define the group of educational components that will be replaced at the end of their studies abroad.
